The Concept
Some people believe that growing up in certain areas is a privilege. A privilege that carries a certain amount of responsibility. New York and Texas happen to be two areas that are flooded with history, reputation and culture. But it often runs much deeper than where you’re from. It’s a set of ideals passed down through generations of family and friends. Pride in who you are and what you believe in. Ideals that are ingrained in you no matter where your destiny leads you. Frito pie, fried chicken, chicken and waffles, concrete, grass, basketball, football biscuits and gravy, brisket, ribs, quarter waters, sweet tea and family gatherings. Barbecues always come with a sense of community and family attached. A comfortable timeless place where the only thing that matters is the food you are eating the beer you are drinking and the people you are with. With that being said, we are proud to present Walters Southern Kitchen. Where we take great pleasure in providing you with what we believe to be some of the best BBQ and southern food in Pittsburgh.
